Lab Director Checklist Templates

The Lab Director audit module allows you to easily plan, assign and conduct audits and inspections on your web-connected laptop, tablet or mobile phone. Checklist templates can be created or modified using Microsoft Excel or other editor.

These checklist templates have been provided by Lab Director users and are formatted for use with the Lab Director Audit module. AQS does not certify the contents or suitability of these checklists. To use these templates:

1. Download the csv file from this page to a folder on your computer.
2. In Lab Director, select Audits > Add/Edit Templates. Upload the template to Lab Director.
3. That template is now available for use in any Lab Director audit or inspection.
