AQS Timekeeping Policy

Since AQS works on contracts with the federal government, we are required to follow DCAA (Defense Contract Audit Agency) timekeeping and accounting rules. AQS Employees are required to:

  • Record all the hours you work.
  • Log time entries yourself.
  • Log time daily in the timekeeping system.
  • Specify the tasks (project + activity) you worked on.
  • Be prepared for unannounced timecard checks.
